Hamak Strategy (formerly Hamak Gold until 1 October 2025) is a UK Main Market-listed gold exploration company combining traditional gold exploration in West Africa (Nimba in Liberia, exclusive option on Akoko in Ghana) with a Digital Asset Treasury Management strategy (Bitcoin and physical gold). Adopted BTC treasury policy in July 2025; held 26 BTC, 1.65kg physical gold, and a 3.05% stake in Vaultz Capital Plc as of FY2025 reporting date. Funded by equity placings, two convertible loan notes (Vela July 2024 and Yorkville December 2025), and a £30M ATM facility with AlbR Capital.
