(formerly Spetz Inc.) is a Canadian, CSE-listed (SONI) blockchain company that operates institutional-grade validators on the proof-of-stake Sonic (S) network and runs DeFi/staking strategies with its own treasury. After acquiring Sonic Strategy Inc. in March 2025 and divesting its legacy Spetz app business in June 2025, it built a digital-asset treasury centred on Sonic tokens. It also holds a small Bitcoin reserve (3.71 BTC) purchased with cash as part of its broader digital-asset treasury strategy.
